The Minot Public Library recently conducted a diversity audit of our Children's fiction and Teen fiction sections. MPL is currently working on our Adult fiction. As the lead on this project, I am proposing to do a session that incorporates how MPL had done our audit, what we have learned throughout the process, and answer any questions that other libraries may have if they choose to do a similar collection audit.
Randi Monley has been the Children's Librarian at the Minot Public Library for 3 years. Prior, she has worked in several roles at the Minot Public Library.
